Reset Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
Reset Technologies, LLC
Effective July 10, 2026
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice (this “Notice”) supplements Reset’s Privacy Policy and explains how Reset Technologies, LLC (“Reset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects “consumer health data” as defined under state consumer health privacy laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act (“MHMDA”) and Nevada Senate Bill 370 (“Nevada SB 370”).
This Notice applies to residents of states with consumer health data laws that require a separate notice, and to consumer health data that Reset collects through its mobile application, website, and related services.
Reset is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use Reset.
THE SHORT VERSION
Reset collects certain wellness and body-signal information to personalize your experience. Reset does not sell your consumer health data, does not use it for targeted advertising, and does not share it except with service providers who help us run Reset. You can access or delete your consumer health data, and withdraw consent, at any time by contacting help@reset.com or using in-app controls.
1
What Is Consumer Health Data
“Consumer health data” generally means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and that identifies the consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Under laws like the Washington My Health My Data Act, this definition is broad and can include wellness and body-signal information even when it is not collected in a clinical setting.
This Notice describes how Reset handles the categories of consumer health data below. For a complete description of all information Reset collects, please see our Privacy Policy at:

2
Consumer Health Data We Collect
Depending on how you use Reset, we may collect the following categories of consumer health data:
| Category | Examples |

| Wellness goals | Weight-loss goals, energy goals, lifestyle goals you enter during onboarding or check-ins |
| Body measurements you provide | Height, weight, biological sex (if provided), age or date-of-birth confirmation |
| Eating and meal patterns | Dietary preferences, food restrictions, allergies, meals viewed or selected, meal feedback |
| Body-signal estimates | Scan-derived numerical estimates such as heart rate, heart rate variability, breathing rate, stress-related and recovery-related estimates, and wellness score |
| Check-in information | Self-reported sleep, energy, hunger, stress, cravings, and related patterns |
| Appetite or medication context | GLP-1 use or related appetite context, if you choose to provide it |

| Inferences | Proprietary wellness patterns or “types” that Reset derives from the above to personalize guidance |
IMPORTANT: FACE SCAN
Reset’s optional face scan is processed entirely on your device by the Shen.AI SDK. Reset never receives or stores facial images, raw scan video, facial geometry, or facial recognition data. Reset receives only numerical scan-derived estimates. For full detail, see Reset’s Biometric / Scan Privacy Policy at:

3
Sources of Consumer Health Data
We collect consumer health data from the following categories of sources:
Directly from you — when you complete onboarding, enter profile information, log check-ins, provide meal feedback, or interact with Ester
From the optional face scan — as numerical scan-derived estimates generated on your device by the Shen.AI SDK
Automatically — limited technical and usage information generated as you use the app, to the extent it relates to consumer health data
4
How and Why We Use Consumer Health Data
We use consumer health data only for the following purposes:
To provide the Reset service and personalize your experience
To generate your Reset Score, wellness estimates, and proprietary wellness type
To personalize meal recommendations, timing suggestions, and explanations
To power Ester’s wellness guidance
To improve, debug, secure, and maintain the app
To provide customer support
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
Reset does not use consumer health data for targeted advertising, and does not use it to train third-party AI models for those providers’ own purposes.
6
We Do Not Sell Consumer Health Data
NO SALE
Reset does not sell your consumer health data, and Reset does not collect or process consumer health data for the purpose of selling it. Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, the “sale” of consumer health data would require your separate, written, and revocable authorization. Reset does not engage in any such sale and therefore does not seek such authorization.
7
No Geofencing
Reset does not use geofencing to establish a virtual boundary around any healthcare facility, and does not use geofencing to identify, track, collect data from, or send messages to consumers based on their proximity to any health-related location.
